There are two semi private bedrooms in this unit ($330) and two private bedrooms ($425).  With over 1,100 square feet, you'll have plenty of room!  With this floor plan, you are required to purchase a full meal plan through dining services.  The Laundry Fee for this floor plan is $50 per semester.

The total amount due to reserve this floor plan is $325 ($150 Deposit, $150 Reservation Fee and $25 Application Fee).
